This in the build phase, however the plan is to display and discuss parts of my historic collection of postcards. The Maduro family who produced 1000's of views over the years will have pride of place, but lots of other fun stories to tell.
Lets get the show started with the iconic Maduro shops in Colon and Panama city at either end of the Canal Zone. This wonderful view showing the inside of the Cathedral Plaza shop in Panama City showcases a treasure trove of Canal material. Check out the rows and rows of Postcards !

The Maduros had several shops on the Isthmus. This early view of Front Street Colon shows a PHOTOGRAPHIC STUDIOS belonging to IL MADURO JR opposite the steam train

The Maduros even managed to add humour into their advertising !
